Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE
Some people live for the moment a new product comes together — the name clicks, the label feels right, the packaging looks exactly like the idea in your head. If that's you, keep reading.
We're looking for a creative lead who wants to own the full brand and product experience at Clean Nutra — a $150M+ supplement brand with 200+ SKUs, 15,000 orders a day, and a product pipeline that never slows down. This role is about bringing new products to life visually and conceptually: naming them, designing their labels, building out their packaging, and making sure everything we put out looks and feels like a brand people love.
You'll work directly with our founding team, move fast, and have real creative ownership over one of the fastest-growing supplement companies in the country. No bureaucracy, no design-by-committee. Just a lot of products to build and the freedom to make them great.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Product Naming & Concept Development
- Name new products and product lines — developing names that are memorable, on-brand, and built to perform across Amazon, retail, and social
- Build and maintain the naming architecture across the portfolio so the product lineup feels cohesive as it scales
- Develop product concepts in partnership with leadership — translating a product idea into something tangible with a name, a story, and a look
- Stay ahead of trends in the supplement and wellness space to identify new product opportunities and positioning angles
Label & Packaging Design
- Own label design across the full SKU catalog — directing the visual identity of every product we put out
- Design and direct retail cartons, shipping boxes, display units, and all secondary packaging
- Ensure every label and package is consistent with the brand, compelling on shelf, and compliant with platform and retailer requirements
- Manage design iterations quickly — we move fast and you'll need to too
- Work with outside designers and creative vendors as needed, directing their output to match the brand vision
Brand Identity & Creative Direction
- Own Clean Nutra's visual brand — the look, feel, color language, typography, and tone that ties the entire portfolio together
- Evolve the brand as we grow into new channels, categories, and audiences without losing what makes it recognizable
- Write or direct on-pack copy: benefit callouts, usage language, brand voice — everything the customer reads on the product
- Develop seasonal, limited-edition, and promotional packaging concepts that stand out and drive conversion
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the founding team on new product decisions — you'll be in the room when new ideas take shape
- Coordinate with the supply chain team on packaging specs, materials, and production timelines when needed
- Collaborate with marketing on how new products are positioned and presented across channels
- Occasionally connect with manufacturers to communicate design and packaging specs — you don't own the manufacturer relationship, but you'll need to speak their language
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7–10+ years of experience in brand, creative, or product roles — ideally at a supplement, wellness, beauty, or consumer packaged goods brand
- A strong, demonstrable design eye — you have led or closely directed label and packaging projects and have a portfolio to show for it
- Experience owning product naming end-to-end — not just contributing ideas, but driving the process from concept to final name
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and launches happen quickly
- Ability to manage multiple projects and SKUs simultaneously without dropping quality
- Experience working with or directing outside designers, agencies, or freelancers
- Familiarity with packaging requirements for Amazon, Walmart, and major retail channels is a plus
- A collaborative, low-ego approach — you can take direction, give direction, and adapt without friction
WHO THRIVES HERE
This role is a great fit for someone who gets genuinely excited about the creative side of building a brand — someone who obsesses over font choices, gets fired up about a good product name, and has strong opinions about what makes packaging feel premium versus forgettable. You love variety. One day you're concepting a new product line, the next you're reviewing label proofs, the next you're brainstorming names for something that doesn't exist yet.
You don't need a big team or a formal structure to do your best work. You're resourceful, self-directed, and energized by the fact that what you create will be seen by hundreds of thousands of customers.
WHY CLEAN NUTRA
- $150M+ supplement brand scaling aggressively across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and Shopify — 15,000+ orders per day
- 200+ active SKUs with a constant pipeline of new products, new categories, and new ideas
- Real creative ownership — this is not a support role; you set the direction
- Direct partnership with the founding team — your work is seen and valued immediately
- Competitive compensation ($120K–$150K DOE) + performance bonus
- Onsite in Las Vegas, NV — collaborative, fast-moving, no-nonsense culture
