    • Drive accountability for unit installs with weekly pipeline reviews, deal acceleration plans, and rigorous forecasting.
    • Engage directly on all strategic opportunities to secure wins and ensure installs.
  • Pipeline Management
    • Oversee deal progression from lead to close, ensuring velocity and accuracy in Salesforce.
    • Implement rules of engagement with AVPs and Directors to avoid stalls and keep deals moving.
    • Ensure every opportunity has ROI analysis, workflow engagement, and executive-level coverage.
Team Leadership & Execution

    • Marketing Team: Work with Marketing to generate qualified leads, support targeted campaigns, and position Konica Minolta as the leader in digital label printing. Provide feedback on messaging effectiveness and ensure campaigns convert into real pipeline opportunities.
    • Workflow & Solutions Team: Engage workflow experts early in the sales cycle to validate ROI, optimize customer production processes, and strengthen solution-based selling.
    • Executive Leadership (VP of Sales, Industrial Print & Corporate): Align on strategic opportunities, major negotiations, and enterpriseโ€‘level customer engagements. Provide regular updates on unit performance, pipeline coverage, and competitive insights.
