Job description

As a machine operator you are responsible for loading and unloading parts and material to and from our machines, inspecting parts, packing, labeling, house keeping and more in this position.
Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):
  • Operate assigned machinery throughout shift
  • Maintain product creation within designated cycle time at all times
  • Communicate with leads and/or supervisors of any discrepancies or assistance needed
  • Package finished product according to instruction; assure finished product meets quality and specifications
  • Correct/separate good/bad products consistently
  • Assemble finished product, if needed
  • Promote and exercise safety by using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all safety policies and procedures while in the plant
  • Maintain cleanliness of area around assigned machine by picking up trash, sweeping, vacuuming, etc.
  • Assemble boxes to be used during shift and/or next shift
  • Follow all health and safety regulations
  • Assist cell leads in relieving operators for breaks
  • Occasionally train new operators on assigned machines, as needed

Requirements:
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience in working in production setting a plus, but not required (training provided)
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for the entire shift
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have your own reliable transportation
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be flexible and able to work extended shifts and/or weekends

Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 2:45pm - 11:15pm (May have to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed)

Compensation:
  • $14.50/hour
