Job Summary:

As the Pharmacy Technician II, you assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications and maintaining the drug inventory and patient records.

You will accept new orders from the prescriber, enter the information in the electronic record, and prepare and affix labels.

SCHEDULE

  • can cover all ProMedica Pharmacy locations
  • can work 1st shift, 2nd shift or 3rd shift as needed
  • every third weekend rotation
  • covering planned vacancies with a minimum of a 2 week notice
  • float incentive pay- $5/hr
  • night incentive pay - $3.50/hr after 7pm
  • weekend incentive pay - $1/hr

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Registered Technician License OR Ohio Board of Pharmacy Intern license and P1 status in schooling if working in Ohio

  • Active Pharmacy Technician License OR Michigan Board of Pharmacy Intern license and P1 status in schooling if working in Michigan
