Position: Production Coordinator
Duration: 6+ months contract with possible extension
Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90210
Shift: Mon-Fri; 9am - 6pm PST, (Mostly remote, might require occasional days in office)
Working hours: 8 hours per day & 40 hours per week
Industry: Music-based entertainment company
Pay rate: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour on w2
Job Description:
SUMMARY



  • Physical Release Operations Duties Coordinate the collection of assets required for Preorder and New Release setups, including artwork/packshots, track listings/side splits, and sales copy.

  • Track and manage New Release stock order status, ensuring accurate and timely updates within the central database.

  • Oversee catalog reorder processes for manufacturing orders and label-supplied purchase order requests, including asset collection from partners, order placement, coordination with Supply Chain to meet delivery timelines, and shipment monitoring.

  • Manage label product orders end-to-end, including order placement, cross-functional coordination with Supply Chain to meet deadlines, distribution of tracking information, and ongoing shipment oversight.



Skills:



  • 1-3 years Physical Supply Chain experience preferred, not required.

  • 1-3 years Music Industry experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.



Education:



  • Associate or bachelor's Degree Preferred

Schedule:



  • Mostly remote, might require occasional days in office.

  • Typical working hours are 9a-6pm, OT may be required based on project needs.



  • Optional hybrid, based on the teams needs; Occasionally will come in to office.

  • Must be in commutable distance to office.

  • Shipping logistics templatized communications out to label partners.

  • End-to-end executions of putting physical product in marketplace.

  • The HM would love people who have worked in artist management, supply chain/production, and manufacturing
