Job description

Position: Data Entry Clerk/ Label Admin
Shift: 1st Shift: 4am Start Time

2nd shift - 12:30pm Start Time
Location: Anaheim, CA

Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour


We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk/ Label Admin to join our team in Anaheim. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with computers and tablets, excel, accurately entering information into company systems, and supporting daily administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Essential Job Duties

  • Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems
  • Working in a cold environment facility
  • Working w/ excel
  • Advanced Computer Knowledge
  • Utilize computers and tablets to complete daily tasks
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain electronic records and documentation
  • Generate reports and assist with data tracking
  • Review and correct data discrepancies as needed
  • Communicate with team members regarding data-related issues
  • Organize and maintain digital files
  • Follow company procedures and confidentiality guidelines
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, and basic software applications
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
