Our Newark, Delaware site is hiring a Polish Lab Technician to play a key role in supporting cleanroom operations and laboratory trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clean room operations to facilitate electronic material polishing trials from a team of scientists and engineers

  • Experimental set up and tear town, lab housekeeping, and hazardous waste disposal

  • Operation of metrology such as SEM, AFM, film thickness tools

  • Record test information in LIMS system and communicate with trial owners.

  • First level troubleshooting and maintenance of electropneumatic equipment.

  • Collaborate with team to organize pre and post-trial measurement duties

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED isrequired

  • ProficiencyinMicrosoft applications, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Independent problem solving, strong attention to detail, and safety oriented attitude.

  • Good computer skills with the ability to learn new software.

  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) & quality protective equipment

  • Ability to work in a class 10 cleanroom environment and comfortable wearing a cleanroom suit

  • Stand for extended periods of time whileoperatingmachinery

  • Lifting > 20-30 lb. occasionally

Preferred Requirements:

  • Associate degree in a technical field

  • Mechanical aptitude and experiences with high tech machinery

  • Experience handling chemicals
