• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others—while adhering to established protocols to ensure accurate outcomes.
• Scrutinize results for precision, identify and troubleshoot any errors, as well as ensure optimal performance through maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection efforts and meticulously prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, assist in training new personnel or interns, and uphold the quality standards that define our lab.
• Ensure a tidy and safe working environment while consistently following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, in preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within your first year of employment.
• Maintain current certification as a requirement throughout your tenure.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities that foster effective collaboration within healthcare teams.
• Skill in exercising independent judgment and problem-solving, especially in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational capabilities with meticulous attention to detail, particularly inline with quality control and documentation.
