Job description

Department: Interventional Radiology
Shift: Varies
Working Hours: PRN two 10 hour shifts per week concurrently
Summary:
The IVR Cath Lab Tech is a skilled Radiology Technologist with essential Interventional Radiology (IVR) and/or Cath Lab training. This role requires independent function during cases, utilizing proper sterile technique, radiation safety, and proficiency in procedure data recording. Effective communication is essential with patients, families, physicians, other staff, management, and all hospital employees.
Other information:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved radiography or cardiovascular tech program.
  • ARRT certification, or RCVT/RCIS.
  • Arkansas Radiologic Technologist license or a limited scope license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Must have two years of Cath Lab or IVR experience as a Radiologic Technologist and actively taking call.

This job will be authorized 0.01 hours bi-weekly.
