  • EMR Platform – Epic
  • Outpatient Care at The Longstreet Clinic Gainesville
  • Established practice with four physicians and five advanced practitioners
  • Hours 8am to 5pm with option for 4/10
  • Treating patients ages 16 years old and up for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses
  • Access to lab, imaging services, and EKG
  • Proximity to specialists onsite
  • No call
  • Caring for patients in a growing community

Working together with Advanced Practitioners like you:

  • Family Medicine Certified Licensed Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
  • Passion for quality and patient care
  • At least two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred
  • Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
