  • Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

  • Job Site Location: Payson, UT

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform HPLC testing and microbiology analysis to support laboratory quality standards.

  • Conduct FTIR testing and assist with analytical laboratory procedures.

  • Prepare microbial cultures, including culture preparation, incubation, enumeration, and identification.

  • Maintain accurate laboratory records, test results, and documentation.

  • Follow established laboratory procedures, safety guidelines, and quality control requirements.

  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment while ensuring accurate and reliable test results.

  • Support quality assurance initiatives by identifying and reporting testing concerns.

Qualifications & RequirementsRequired Qualifications
  • Previous laboratory experience performing microbiology testing or analytical testing procedures.

  • Experience with HPLC, FTIR, or similar laboratory instrumentation.

  • Knowledge of microbiological techniques, including culture preparation, incubation, enumeration, and microorganism identification.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document laboratory results.

  • Ability to follow written procedures and maintain a safe, clean laboratory environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree, bachelors degree, or technical training in biology, microbiology, chemistry, laboratory science, or a related field.

  • Experience working in a quality control, quality assurance, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food science, or manufacturing laboratory environment.

  • Experience with regulated laboratory processes and documentation.
