As our Regional Sales Specialist – Liquid Handling, you'll own the annual sales targets for the Apricot branded liquid handling product line across the entire East Coast territory. No two days look the same: product demonstrations, outbound lead generation, and post-sales support are all in your hands. You'll thrive in a collaborative team environment, supporting multiple territory and key account managers, while owning your pipeline end to end, rolling up your sleeves to solve real customer problems, and stepping up as a key stakeholder in the launch of exciting new Apricot products.

  • Ability to effectively make formal and informal product presentations to individuals as well as to large groups, including physicians, research associates, purchasing groups, lab managers, and executive members of an organization.
  • Knowledge of the lab environment and sales cycle is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively interact within the scientific professional’s community in an ethical and professional manner, including but not limited to interactions with inventory managers, physicians, research associates, purchasing groups, lab managers, and executive members of an organization.
  • Ability to function in multiple safety levels of different laboratories
  • Ability to effectively and independently manage time and workload with assigned regional territory.
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in a Life Science discipline, a background in Genomics or Protein Crystallography is advantageous.
  • Education and/or experience in sales is required.
  • Ability to regularly travel within the assigned region. You'll ideally be located in one of the key areas on the East coast Boston, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania,
