Laboratory Supervisor โ€“ Microbiology/Molecular

Weโ€™re currently hiring a Laboratory Supervisor for our Microbiology and Molecular lab in Providence, RI. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with a competitive salary range of $80,000โ€“$95,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations in the Microbiology and Molecular lab
  • Mentor and develop staff to enhance team performance
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency in lab operations

Requirements:
