Nursing Skills Laboratory Coordinator
Position Summary: The Nursing Skills Laboratory Coordinator supports the operation of the nursing skills lab by coordinating student learning experiences, maintaining lab resources, and collaborating with faculty to support nursing education. This part-time position reports to the Chair of Nursing and typically works 20-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate nursing skills lab and simulation activities.
  • Support students in developing clinical skills and critical thinking.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to provide effective learning experiences.
  • Assist with skills testing, lab instruction, and simulation preparation.
  • Maintain lab equipment, supplies, inventory, and records.
  • Ensure a safe, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
  • Communicate student progress and lab needs with faculty.
  • Participate in program development, meetings, and ongoing professional growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills, including oral, written, and interpersonal
