Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a hospital, logistics, biomedical, clinical engineering, or similar hands-on support role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume healthcare environment
  • Ability to walk long distances, push equipment carts, and lift equipment up to 35+ lbs
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing

  • Recover medical equipment and assets from active patient areas for processing and redistribution
  • Clean, evaluate, inspect, and deliver specified medical devices and equipment
  • Handle items such as infusion pumps, syringe pumps, feeding pumps, PCA pumps, DVT pumps, specialty beds, specialty carts, and procedural trays
  • Document work activity accurately in an electronic database
  • Deliver and recover specialty carts and procedural trays as needed
  • Follow standard safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
  • Support other duties as assigned to help maintain efficient hospital operations
