Family Medicine Physician - Full-Spectrum - Paynesville
Broad scope | Customizable practice | Rural opportunity
This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Summary
Enjoy a balanced lifestyle while practicing full-spectrum Family Medicine in the lakes-rich Paynesville area of Minnesota. All physicians provide both outpatient and inpatient care, with the option to include emergency and obstetric services based on individual interest and experience, supported by CentraCare outreach resources and a modern critical access hospital and clinic located under one roof.
Schedule
  • Full-time | Onsite - CentraCare - Paynesville, MN
  • Day shifts with call rotation
  • Call rotation of approximately 1:6-1:8, covered in one-week hospitalist/rounding increments

Pay and Benefits
  • Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year
    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
  • BE/BC in Family Medicine
  • Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

Preferred:
  • Interest in full-spectrum rural medicine
  • Comfort with inpatient care; ER and OB experience welcomed
