he Lab Engineer is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laboratory equipment to conduct tests, experiments, and measurements. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, accurate data collection, and supports product development and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
  • Conduct tests and experiments as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Record, analyze, and interpret test data; prepare detailed technical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards (ISO/IEC).
  • Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to support product development and validation.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain inventory of lab supplies and ensure proper documentation.
