Required Skills/Knowledge:
  • Transcribing handwritten or printed documents into digital form
  • Updating and maintaining databases with current information
  • Verifying and correcting data to ensure accuracy
  • Sorting and organizing data
  • Importing and exporting data between data dump software into Excel spread sheets
  • Scanning documents to retain per customer requirements
  • Edit Hot Lists throughout the day as new jobs come into the Lab
  • Email Hot Lists out to Lab Director and Facilities Quality Manager
  • Create Certificates of Conformance for products that are to be shipped
  • Scan all documents for retention per customer requirements
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft office products; Word and Excel
  • Shift: 1st Shift (7:00-3:30) OT when needed
