We proudly serve residents in assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, memory care communities, as well as individuals with disabilities and patients in their homes across the country.

Requirements

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Case Clerk to oversee the organization, tracking, and coordination of dental laboratory cases. This role is essential in ensuring cases are accurately documented, shipped, received, and delivered on time so our clinical teams can provide seamless patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with dental office or laboratory experience who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and working behind the scenes to support patient care.

    • Day Shift (5-6 hours)
    • Evening Shift (5-6 hours)
  • Monday-Friday
  • No weekends
Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain all incoming and outgoing dental laboratory cases.
  • Track lab cases to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Prepare cases for shipment and verify all documentation is complete.
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately log completed laboratory cases.
  • Communicate with dental laboratories regarding case status, remakes, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure cases are ready for scheduled patient appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
  • Assist with inventory and organization of lab-related materials and supplies.
  • Ensure all lab cases are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Previous dental office, dental laboratory, or dental administrative experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, and removable prosthetics is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
  • Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
