Hiring a Clinical Medical Assistant!

Job Description

This role supports a busy clinical practice by providing hands-on patient care, assisting with preoperative preparation, and ensuring treatment rooms and equipment are ready for each visit. The Clinical Medical Assistant works closely with clinicians and patients to deliver a high level of service, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a welcoming and professional environment. Responsibilities

  • Sterilize instruments and prepare surgical trays in accordance with clinical protocols.
  • Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, stocked, and organized before, during, and after patient visits.
  • Chart and document patientsโ€™ vital signs and medical histories accurately in the electronic health record.
  • Assist with preoperative preparation and support clinicians during clinical procedures as needed.
  • Provide compassionate, professional patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, welcoming environment for all patients, including high-end clientele.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, clinicians, and team members in both English and Spanish.
  • Collaborate with colleagues as a team player to support daily clinic operations and shared goals.
  • Uphold all clinical policies, procedures, and safety standards, including proper infection control and instrument handling.
  • Demonstrate reliability and commitment to the role, with an interest in long-term employment.
  • Participate in performance reviews, including a 90-day probationary period focused on performance and fit within the team.

Pay and Benefits
