Validation Lab Technician #1051226
Job Description:
Systems Lab Candidates will perform hands-on validation testing, follow detailed test instructions, and ensure proper execution to meet timing commitments. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to lift/handle up to 60 lbs. repeatedly and adhere to all our safety protocols.
Skills Required:
  • Primary Skills Required Teachable, self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team Ability to organize job priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and general automotive aptitude
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel Good oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical ability to assist in resolving complex problems
  • Ability to follow detailed laboratory test instructions
  • Lab-Specific Responsibilities
  • Systems Lab: Execute system-level validation tests
  • Operate and maintain test rigs and equipment
  • Record and analyze test results
  • Work from schematics and diagrams Proficient soldering skills and experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, etc.)
  • Set up instrumentation and data acquisition systems

Experience Required:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience

Experience Preferred:
  • Engineering or automotive background
  • Basic computer logic/programming skills
