Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified or Registered Medical Assistant looking for a career where your work truly matters? Radiant Health is seeking a dedicated CMA/RMA to join our healthcare team and help provide exceptional care to individuals receiving mental health and behavioral health services.

What You'll Do

As a CMA/RMA, you will play a vital role in supporting both the medical and psychiatric needs of our clients by:

  • Providing outstanding client care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Obtaining and documenting vital signs, heights, weights, and urine drug screens.
  • Completing client screenings and communicating important findings to providers.
  • Assisting with laboratory, imaging, and other clinical orders.
  • Transcribing provider medication orders and supporting medication management processes.
  • Coordinating with pharmacies, providers, and insurance companies regarding prescriptions and prior authorizations.
  • Following up on lab results and clinical orders to ensure continuity of care.
  • Educating and supporting clients regarding medications and potential side effects.
  • Administering injectable medications as ordered by providers.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with organizational, state, and federal regulations.
  • Contributing to a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment.
