Position Overview

We are seeking driven, coachable professionals to join the Wealth Management Department of Max Life Agency as Wealth Management Associates. In this role, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to identify financial needs, design tailored wealth strategies, and help clients make decisions that build lasting financial legacies.

As part of a nationally recognized FMO representing carriers such as Pac Life, AIG, Mutual of Omaha, and Nationwide, you will have access to industry-leading products, a proven sales system, and a structured leadership development path.

We do not cold call, door knock, or purchase leads.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to assess financial protection, accumulation, and legacy planning needs Design and present advanced wealth strategies utilizing life insurance, annuities, and alternative financial vehicles Educate clients on tax-advantaged solutions and portfolio acceleration strategies Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and referral systems Develop your book of business through agent and client acquisition systems Build and collaborate with cross-industry teams — including professionals from real estate, tax, legal, mortgage, and family office ecosystems — to ensure clients always have the best options at the table Participate in team training, workshops, and leadership development initiatives
