Job description

Duration: This role is 90 days temp to perm. If candidates is hired, they must join the onsite union.

Shifts:

  • 1 Swing Shift (2pm to 10:30pm) Schedule will be Monday through Friday
  • 1 Grave Shift (10pm to 6:30am) Schedule will be Sunday through Thursday
  • Candidates must be flexible for overtime if needed.

If candidate has a Pasteurizers License the the manager is looking for for a minimum of 6 - 12 months operating pasteurization or dairy process equipment.

If candidate does not have a Pasteurizers License the manager is looking for a minimum of 12 months operating pasteurization or dairy process equipment.

Main responsibilities

• Closely monitor the dairy production process and follow Standard Operating Procedures for batching and processing products.
• Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.
• Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with Federal, State, and Company Laws/Policies.
• Monitor fats, total solids, allergens, and other related items as they associate with processing dairy products.
• Maintain sanitation of equipment including CIP & hand cleaning.
