General Description of Function:

The Inside Sales Representative is a self-motivated, organized individual who thrives on building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective dental practices from within the lab. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through remote outreach, digital presentations, and high-level customer support. This position offers base pay plus unlimited commission potential.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:Plan and manage effective remote sales strategies to reach or exceed account growth and revenue expectations
  • Relationship Management:Establish and develop relationships with current and prospective customers via telephone and digital platforms to generate new business
  • Remote Presentations:Conduct telephone calls, webinars, and virtual presentations to showcase laboratory services and products
  • Issue Resolution:Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Internal Coordination:Partner with leadership and technical service groups to coordinate sales efforts and ensure case success
  • Practice Partnership:Act as a consultant to dental customers to assist in the success of their practice and the laboratory
  • Brand Representation:Professionally represent the laboratory during webinars, study clubs, and virtual educational programs
  • Outbound Activity:Maintain a high volume of daily activity, averaging 40–60 outbound calls and personalized follow-up emails to prospective and existing accounts
  • Lead Conversion:Successfully convert a set percentage of leads into active clinical accounts monthly
  • CRM Diligence:Ensure 100% accurate and real-time logging of all customer interactions, notes, and follow-up tasks

Skills and Abilities Required:
