Summary
The Logistics Operator I is responsible for various Operations duties required to fulfill the scope outlined in the statement of work contracted with sponsors. Operates to maintain CellCarta Logistics Inc. (CCL) as a trusted provider of laboratory manuals, labels and kits for specialty assay.
Responsibilities
  • Supply Preparation (Supply picking, Supply production (SRFs, lab address labels, Lab manual Production and peer review)
  • Label Production (Label Production and Peer Review)
  • Supply Material Production (Kit assembly, Lab Address Labels, Preparation and Assembly of Shippers, Label Handling)
  • Shipping (Order Picking, documentation preparation, packing and shipping)
  • Work Order creation (planning worksheet, inventory management)
Required education
  • High School Diploma 
Qualification and Skills
  • No previous experience required. Previous experience in operations/production environment is an asset.
  • Intermediate-level experience with excel
  • Competency with Microsoft Office
  • Communication: Actively listens, understands, and responds in an honest and professional, timely manner when interacting with individuals and groups.
  • Problem identification: Identifying a problem and addressing it with support of appropriate stakeholders.
  • Attention for Detail: Ensuring that one's own and others' work and information are complete and accurate, following up with others to ensure that tasks have been completed.
