Job Description:
Vitalant is hiring an experienced Clinical Lab Specialist to work in our Cellular Laboratory processing various types of cell therapy products. This role ensures all laboratory operations are performed in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations while maintaining high-quality service, accuracy, and safety. The ideal candidate will support routine testing, equipment maintenance, and process improvement initiatives in a dynamic lab environment.
What to Expect
Base Pay: $29.03-$38.33 / per hour
Schedule: Days 7:00AM-3:30 PM -W/E rotation possible
Location: 717 Yosemite Street, Denver CO

As a Clinical Lab Specialist, you'll get to:
  • Prepare reagents and perform routine testing of biological samples.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, quality control, and basic troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and adhere to safety guidelines.
  • Participate in evaluations of reagents, equipment, and new methods.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and team projects.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with SOPs, regulatory standards, and quality policies.
  • Identify and report compliance or quality issues to management.
  • Deliver quality customer service to all internal and external customers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required. Must meet CLIA requirements for high complexity testing required.
  • Candidate must have cell processing and cryopreservation experience for this role. Please list experience in cell processing and cryopreservation on resume.
  • Flow cytometry experience.
