Job Summary
Assists with the daily management and coordinator of the nursing simulation/skills labs. Coordinates with faculty to support student learning opportunities and care/maintenance of lab/simulation environment to provide safe comfortable surroundings for the students.
Essential Duties
Responsible for set-up and tear-down of skills and simulated learning experiences in the nursing labs.
Prepare, maintain, and provide quality assurance for technology associated with the simulation labs.
Stock and organize the necessary supplies needed to facilitate the simulated learning environment.
Provide maintenance and cleaning of the lab/simulation environment including but not limited to manikins, linens, hospital beds, and equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be able to push, pull and move equipment from one simulation/lab area to another.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an instructional, tutorial or laboratory setting.
Bachelor's degree Degree requirement may be substituted with equivalent work experience.
Prefer 1 year Previous work experiences in a laboratory/simulation setting, hospital or clinic.
