Shift Differentials

Earn additional pay for eligible shifts (must work at least 4 hours within the shift window):

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine and specialized moderate to high complexity laboratory testing on blood and body fluid specimens

  • Ensure accurate and reliable test results through strict quality control practices

  • Perform instrument function checks and preventative maintenance according to departmental procedures

  • Maintain laboratory records and statistical data in compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Train and mentor new employees and students on lab procedures and policies

  • Collect chain-of-custody urine drug screens as required

  • Assist in all laboratory areas to support patient care

  • Help provide shift coverage when needed

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related field
