Job description

Requirements:

A knowledge of lab terminology is a plus

At least 6 months experience in a Laboratory environment

Job Description:

1. Input and process daily Requisitions for facilities and other patients

2. Label Blood Samples, cultures, ect… properly and efficiently.

3. Ensure that each facilities specimen are completed

4. Spin and transfer blood and urine to the appropriate stations.

5. Notify facilities of rejected specimens, as well as specimens not received.

6. Review the daily log to make sure facilities are arriving and in a timely manner.

7. Notate anything missing, document and follow up to resolve

8.Full fill supply orders

9. Maintain supply closet

10. Scan draw logs for present day

11. Other Duties as assigned
