We are looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to help us develop our Quality Assurance department. If you are passionate about quality and precision comes naturally to you, this position is perfect for you.

Your Duties
  • Proactively support the setup of the quality lab; assist in selecting test equipment and procedures for new products; integrate new equipment to meet required standards.
  • Verify product compliance with customer requirements, document measurement results, and collaborate with production to analyze and resolve deviations.
  • Serve as the primary lab contact. Ensure production readiness by managing CMM programming, gauge availability, and fixture preparation (including MSA validation).
  • Conduct full PPAP measurements and capability studies.
  • Coordinate the periodic inspection, maintenance, and calibration of all measurement equipment and gauges.
Your Profile
  • Experience programming and operating CMM machines (Zeiss preferred); deep understanding of GD&T and technical drawings (metric and imperial systems).
  • Strong working knowledge of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and capability studies.
  • Analytical, independent thinker who takes high ownership of tasks and is eager to learn new testing technologies.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaborative problemโ€‘solving.
