How You'll Contribute

A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who excels in this role:

  • Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Assists patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
  • Measures and records vital signs, intake and output, and patient observations.
  • Reports changes in patient condition promptly to the nursing team.
  • Assists with patient transfers, repositioning, and ambulation while maintaining patient safety.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
  • Supports nurses and other healthcare team members in delivering quality patient care.
  • Assists with stocking supplies and maintaining unit readiness.
  • Documents care provided in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Participates in required education, competency validation, and performance improvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
