Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a detailoriented, outgoing, and highly organized Office Assistant to support our Sleep Lab unit. In this essential role, you'll help provide key administrative support as well as assisting with patient focused work. What's Available:

  • 1.0 FTE (40 hours weekly)

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

  • Departments: Sleep Lab

What you will do:

  • Provide LOVE + MEDICINE by delivering exceptional first and last impressions for patients and families

  • Partner with providers, clinical staff, and leaders to support patient care and team success

  • Help with calendar management, meeting prep, and taking meeting minutes!

  • A variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations

What you need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • No experience required but clerical or office experience is a plus

  • Strong technology, customer service, and scheduling skills preferred
