About the Role
This position is based in a walk-in retail healthcare environment, where patients can take control of their health through direct access to lab testing. The Medical Assistant supports both clinical and administrative operations, ensuring a smooth, professional, and customer-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture) and specimen collection accurately
  • Collect and process samples following established protocols
  • Conduct basic clinical tasks (vital signs, documentation, patient preparation)
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a retail healthcare setting
  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and company standards
  • Support services including blood testing, drug screening, DNA/paternity testing, and occupational health services

Qualifications
