PRIMARY DUTIES:* Analyze designated lines; AA analysis as scheduled - Daily; Sample collection from lines - Daily* Wet Analysis of plating tanks, cleaners, acids and topcoats - Daily; Entering of Analysis data into Zinc-It - Daily* Monitor SPC Charts and report as trend data as needed.* Calibrate pH meters as scheduled; Complete scheduled Maintenance requests on time.* Analyze Other RMF Facility's samples as needed.* Refill any titrant containers, DI water, etc. Audit Buffers, Reagents at Conestee and McDougal. * Prepare Chemical Dump Sheet / Add Sheet on Friday. Enter any weekend Chemical Adds or tank dumps. * Chemical Inventory required for Lab 1 and 2* Give Chemical Handler daily adds and work with him as needed.* Verification of autofeed pumps and data entry into Zinc-It - Daily/Weekly* Other duties as they arise and are specified primarily concerning lab work and plant operation - Daily* Audit Buffers, Reagents to ensure in date and not expired. * Chemical Inventory required for Lab, Waste Treatment and Process chemicals. B.
