Reports to: Laboratory Assistant Manager
Status: Non-Exempt

About the Role
We?re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Application Lab Assistant to support our Applications/Evaluation Lab. In this role, you?ll help prepare samples for clients and internal teams, manage inventory and retains, and ensure proper labeling and documentation according to company SOPs and safety standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on lab environment and contributing to a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare client application samples and internal samples for Evaluation and Perfumery.

  • Maintain retains: pull oils, organize, and label correctly.

  • Enter stock into Formpak, generate GHS labels, and update base logs.

  • Monitor and notify Sales when bases need replenishment.

  • File bottles and retains after projects are completed.

  • Keep lab supplies stocked and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

  • Follow all PPE, safety, and housekeeping requirements.
