PinPoint Testing, LLC is a pioneer in the drug detection industry. Our business has three key areas of focus for both clinical and forensic laboratories: laboratory consulting, our ToxBox product line, and our renowned laboratory services.


We are currently seeking a part-time Manufacturing Lab Assistant to support our ToxBox manufacturing team with shipping, receiving, and inventory management within our production operations, with some exposure to basic solution prep and bench work. This part-time role (2030 hours per week, MondayWednesday, with Thursdays as needed) is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady part-time work on a small, supportive team.


Job Description

The Manufacturing Lab Assistant supports daily production by staging materials, preparing simple solutions, labeling and kitting components, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. The role completes basic in-process checks, updates batch and cleaning logs, and assists with inventory, line clearance, and equipment upkeep. Work follows approved SOPs, batch records, and quality requirements.


Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:


  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing lists and POs
  • Pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments, including documentation and carrier scheduling
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients on shipment status, tracking, and related inquiries
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock tracking
  • Keep shipping, receiving, and storage areas organized and compliant with SOPs
  • Assist with basic solution prep (weighing and measuring buffers/diluents)
  • Support production tasks such as staging materials, labeling, and kitting components
  • Complete logs and records accurately and on schedule


Minimum Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic data entry
  • Basic manufacturing (or laboratory) experience is preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to lift 50lbs\
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
