We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer for our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) team. In this position, you will primarily support, enhance, and optimize our existing WMS environment and warehouse automation systems. You will also contribute to the planning and future development of our next-generation WMS as that initiative progresses.  Your work will directly improve productivity and efficiency across our distribution center operations. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful and measurable impact on the organization.

What you'll do:
  • Help architect our overall solution design
  • Be primarily responsible for delivering features and customizations within the current WMS and contribute to building our next-generation WMS
  • Write high-quality code, contribute to technical improvements, and maintain strong quality standards
  • Develop and implement integration solutions to connect WMS with other external services
  • Implement strong software development practices and processes, including CI/CD and automated testing
  • Help maintain the WMS, ensuring smooth operations for our distribution centers
  • Work with our operations and technology groups to identify improvement opportunities and design new features to meet their goals
  • Assist in the translating of business requirements into technical design documents
  • Debug and troubleshoot solutions or production issues with our WMS Administrators
  • Scope, plan projects, and work with other developers (front-end and back) to implement them

Compensation range
 
The salary range for this role is between $125,000 and $165,000 CAD. Fullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions. The range shown reflects base salary only. Additional incentives, perks, and benefits may be available as part of Fullscript's total rewards package.
Final base salary depends on experience, skills, and location. We review pay regularly to stay aligned with market data and internal equity. Benefits and total rewards may vary by region.
