Who We Are

Great Crowns & Smiles Dental Lab is a Louisville-based dental laboratory specializing in high-quality ceramic restorations, implants, dentures, and custom appliances for dental practices across multiple states. Founded by Sandra Cabral-Ramsey, a Certified Dental Technician with over 30 years of experience, GCS is built on a simple promise: quality work, delivered on time, that seats right the first time.

We’re growing fast — new practice relationships, DSO opportunities, and an expanding footprint across the region — and we need someone who can help us build and protect those relationships at scale.

The Role

As our Account Manager, you’ll be the connector between GCS and the dental practices we serve. Sandra has built this business on personal relationships and a reputation for quality that speaks for itself. Your job is to carry that same energy into every follow-up, every discovery call, and every new conversation — so no warm lead falls through the cracks and no existing account feels forgotten.

This is a relationship-first, revenue-forward role. You’re not working in the lab. You’re building the partnerships that make the lab’s work matter.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new business by identifying and pursuing dental office opportunities through outbound outreach, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct structured discovery calls with new prospects to understand their case volume, pricing needs, and how GCS can serve them
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with warm leads and existing accounts to move opportunities forward and keep relationships active
  • Manage and grow relationships with DSO contacts and multi-location practices, ensuring they feel supported as their needs evolve
  • Respond to inbound inquiries quickly and professionally, coordinating next steps and trial case opportunities as needed
  • Track all activity, conversations, and pipeline movement in CRM so nothing gets lost
  • Support preparation for in-person meetings, lunch-and-learns, and industry events
  • Attend dental networking events, study clubs, or trade meetings occasionally to represent GCS and expand our reach

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • A natural relationship-builder who follows through consistently and without being pushed
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with dental or healthcare professionals
  • Organized and self-directed — you manage your own pipeline without someone running your calendar
  • Experience with CRM software, or a strong willingness to learn quickly
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Dental or dental lab industry experience is a strong plus, but not required

What This Is Not

This is not a technical lab position. We’re not looking for someone who wants to learn dental lab processes or work hands-on with restorations. This role is 100% relationship and revenue focused. Compensation

  • Base pay plus performance-based commission
  • Total compensation directly tied to revenue contribution

Work Arrangement

This position may be performed remotely, with occasional travel for local meetings, dental office visits, or industry events as needed.
