Spark Tek Inc is seeking a Production Support Engineer to monitor production servers and manage incidents from end-users. The role involves writing scripts and queries for databases, debugging application issues, and ensuring the smooth execution of scheduled batch jobs.
Responsibilities:

• creating/receiving incidents from end-users
• analyzing or redirecting to right technology team as needed
• timely resolution
• writing scripts

• debugging of application related issues

• familiar with production change implementation process
• server failover and failback support activities
• performing L1, L2 production support
• communicate to teams on Application status
• Autosys job control
• JIL
• Autosys Command line/UI
• writing SQL Server TSQL queries like DDL, DML and DQL
• Windows Power shell/Shell commands
Qualifications:
Required:
• Performing L1, L2 production support
• Communicate to teams on Application status
• Autosys job control, JIL, Autosys Command line/UI
• Writing SQL Server TSQL queries like DDL, DML and DQL
• Windows Power shell/Shell commands
• Knowledge of web applications, APIs and .NET environment
