The Role
As a Tax Professional at Kyndryl, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our tax operations are not only efficient but also strategically aligned with our business objectives. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, from providing support for tax compliance to managing tax risk with precision and foresight.
You'll also have the opportunity to take the lead on day-to-day tax advisory matters, offering invaluable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Required Skills and Experience
• Must have relevant tax and/or tax accounting experience
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Proficient use of technical tools and programs required to perform their responsibilities e.g., MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and similar tools
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Previous relevant experience with a combination of in-house experience with a large multinational enterprise and relevant Big 4 experience
• Semi qualified CA or Qualified CA
• Kyndryl Finance teams work in an AI-enabled environment where curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to leverage AI tools in daily work are expected foundational capabilities.
