Kwik Kar Lube & Tune
Location: Grapevine, Texas
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Sunday: 10:00 AM-4:00 PM (Weekend availability required based on scheduling needs)
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Pay Type: Hourly

Kwik Kar Lube & Tune is seeking a Quick Lube Automotive Service Advisor to join its growing team in the Grapevine, Texas area. You'll help customers understand their vehicle maintenance needs while delivering fast, professional service in a high-volume automotive environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate vehicle maintenance services.
  • Explain oil changes, filters, batteries, fluid services, state inspections, and preventive maintenance.
  • Recommend additional maintenance services that benefit the customer.
  • Work closely with technicians to help keep vehicle service moving efficiently.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
  • Process service tickets and customer payments accurately.
  • Utilize point-of-sale software and computer systems.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional customer service area.
  • Follow company procedures and customer service standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience required.
  • Automotive quick lube or automotive service advisor experience preferred.
  • Ability to educate customers on recommended vehicle maintenance services.
  • Basic knowledge of oil changes, filters, batteries, fluid services, preventive maintenance, and state inspections.
  • Ability to obtain a Texas State Inspector License.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Dependable with reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and around an active automotive shop.
  • Weekend availability based on scheduling needs.
