This is an exciting opportunity to join the Raytheon Global Patriot Finance team as a Principal Specialist supporting Qatar Patriot programs within the Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) Mission Area. As a key member of the Qatar Finance team, the successful candidate will collaborate with Program Leadership, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams. Specifically, the selected individual will support cost control and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) activities, financial forecasting, and overall program financial execution. This unique position works closely with the Program Manager and in-country leadership to support the large Technical Assistance (TA) and Program Management Office (PMO) staff operating in Qatar through the RAYSEAS subsidiary, as well as the execution of FMS spares programs. In addition, this position will support program execution for Bahrain and Kuwait Patriot upgrade, spares, and in-country Technical Assistance programs, as needed.
This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote) and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is expected in Tewksbury, MA and relocation assistance is not being offered.
What You Will Do
  • Provide monthly variance and data analysis
  • Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC)
  • Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
  • Prepare monthly Certificate of Completion and other CDRLs
  • Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads
  • Manage all IOTs and revise as needed
  • Prepare various finance charts for Program Management Reviews, financial overviews and other financial reporting activities as required
  • Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes
  • Provide support throughout the life cycle of the program, including Baseline and Closeout

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Typically requires a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field of study & a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree & a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and/or PowerPoint
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or related business systems (e.g., PRISM, SAP, AO reporting)

  • Self-motivated and effective working independently
  • Previous Program and Earned Value experience
  • Experience executing Inter-Organizational Transfers (IOTs)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced work environment, with demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines
  • Experience working in an environment with competing priorities and multiple assignments with strong verbal and written communication skills

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
