Job Description Supervises project operations and personnel within assigned area of responsibility. Implements organization policies, practices, procedures; leads unit performance toward operational goals. Reviews, analyzes and prepares reports, records, and directives.

Confers with project and functional management to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered. Assigns, or delegates responsibility for work assignments or functional activities and disseminates policies and objectives to staff. Coordinates functional activity with other functions, project management and personnel as necessary.

Organizes resources to ensure effective delivery of required services. Provides work direction, resolves problems, prepares schedules, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work. Evaluates current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives to develop and implement improved procedures and practices.

Coordinates activities of departments with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy. Ensures departmental reports are accurate and provided in a timely manner. Completes administrative requirements and follows safe work practices.

As directed by management, may supervise employees or subcontractor personnel in accordance with the "General Supervisory Duties and Responsibilities" addendum. Basic Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and seven (7) years to ten (10) years related experience. Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions.

Other Job Requirements Position may be located in a wide variety of environments, from conventional indoor office workspace to project worksites with harsh, working and living conditions. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions. Must be a U.S

Citizen Must have a Secret Security Clearance Position requires the basic skills and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.
