As we prepare for the potential launch of KT-621, a novel oral protein degrader being developed for immune-mediated diseases, we areseekingan experienced and strategic leader toย prepare the organization forย Kymera'sย first commercial launch.ย
Theย positionย willย be responsible forย leading commercial strategy,ย launchย readiness, and brand planning activities for KT-621. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this individual will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the commercial vision, product positioning, customer strategy, launch preparationย andย launchย for one of the most important assets in Kymera's portfolio.ย
The successful candidate will bring deep immunologyexpertise, including direct experience in atopic dermatitis and preferably asthma, along with a demonstratedtrack recordof leading successful commercialization efforts for innovative therapies.ย
- Lead development and execution of the global commercial strategy for KT-621 from late-stage development through launch and lifecycle management.ย
- Define the global product vision, positioning, differentiation, target patient segments, and value proposition.ย
- Leadย U.S.ย launch readiness planning andย allย commercialization activities.ย
- Develop disease-state and product-specific marketing strategies and messaging.ย
- Partner closely withtheAnalytics & Insightsfunctiononcompetitive intelligence, market assessments, forecasting inputs, and customer research.ย
- Serve as the commercial lead within cross-functional development teams.ย
- Influence clinical development strategy, endpointselection, and evidence-generation plans.ย
- Evaluate expansion opportunities across immunology indications.ย
- Build strong partnerships across Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, and Executive Leadership.ย
Skills and experienceย you'llย bring:ย
- Advanced degreerequired(MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, or equivalent).ย
- 15+ years of progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial experience spanning U.S.ย and globalย markets.ย

Compensation
- Kymera offers a competitive compensation package that recognizes both results and capabilities through market-based, performance-driven pay.
- The anticipated base salary range for this role is $315,000 - $395,000, with eligibility for annual bonus, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits.
- Actual salary is based on a holistic evaluation of the specific role/level as well as each candidate's depth of experience and the capabilities they bring to the position.
