SUMMARY
The Guest Services Receptionist: (a) screens/directs incoming phone calls to appropriate staff/departments, (b) greets and answers questions from clients, visitors and staff, (c) and completes daily and as-needed administrative tasks.

Education, Experience and Certifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years receptionist, customer service or administrative/office experience required, preferably in a long term care setting.
