Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Practice Business Manager - Riverhead.
In this role, the successful candidate Assists practice leadership in supporting all office related activities to ensure an uninterrupted flow of business operations. Performs accounting functions related to monthly reconciliation and productivity reports.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Produces monthly RVU and E&M reports, including any ad hoc report requests
  • Works closely with Site Director and practice management to support daily business operations
  • Responsible for managing office account receivables and payables, including creating PO’s, check requests, and other PSF work related activities
  • Maintains all supply inventory and ordering, including printshop orders
  • Trouble shoots issues, create various help desk cases, Aware Manager tickets, and MCIT tickets
  • Reviews daily timecards as a MyTime (Kronos) timekeeper
  • Maintains knowledge of various HR policies & procedures (MyTime, TOP, LOA, Attendance, Expenses, etc.) to assist staff and managers
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's Degree, in Accounting or an related area. 1 - 2 years Related work experience. Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal, organization, leadership skills. Proficiency with computers.

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
