Area Supervisor
Responsible for safe and environmentally sound support to the continuous operations of the facility. The person in this position will manage and execute the daily operations schedule, appropriately delegating tasks to assigned team and holding accountable to achieve short-term, defined key performance indicators (KPIs). Communicate daily operational plan to the production supervisor, incorporating routine messages at the appropriate level. Manage and comply with established EHS MS programs, business unit initiatives, and other department administrative requirements. Possess department-specific understanding of process and equipment, articulate how a process works, and be able to teach and coach assigned team. Oversee department's employee training program, ensuring adherence to currency requirements as identified in policies.
