Your role
* We are seeking a highly experienced Boomi Integration Lead to anchor the UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management managed services engagement.
* This role will be responsible for leading the transition from UKG Professional Services to Capgemini, establishing the support model, and driving steady-state delivery for Boomi-based integrations embedded within the UKG SaaS platform.
* The role combines technical leadership, transition management, and service delivery ownership.
Your skills and experience
10 15+ years total experience including 5+ years in Boomi
Strong expertise in Dell Boomi (AtomSphere)
o Integration process design
o API integrations (REST/SOAP)
o Data mapping and transformations
Experience in leading integration platforms in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience or strong exposure to UKG / Kronos Workforce Management platform
Understanding of Timekeeping, Labor scheduling, Payroll integrations
Prior onshore/client-facing experience is mandatory
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82.082 - $193,440.
