Job description

About the Role
Culmen International is hiring a Director of Commercial Growth / Sales for Culmen's MOSAICS, to open and scale a new Commercial/Fortune 500 revenue stream for the MOSAICS platform - Culmen's enterprise-grade SaaS for situational awareness, critical event management, and decision intelligence.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will own a personal quota and run the full sales cycle into F500 corporate security, global security operations centers (GSOCs), supply-chain risk, business continuity, and enterprise risk leaders. There is no team underneath you at hire; for the right operator with proven leadership, this role has a clear path to Head of MOSAICS Commercial Sales as the commercial book scales.
You will displace and out-position incumbents including Everbridge, Crisis24, Dataminr, and AlertMedia, leveraging MOSAICS' differentiated AI fusion, modular packaging, and Premise ground-truth data integration.
What You'll Do in Your New Role
  • Own the commercial number. Carry an individual new-ARR and expansion quota for MOSAICS across Fortune 500 and large enterprise accounts.
  • Establish the beachhead. Identify, qualify, and close the first wave of commercial reference customers in target verticals (energy, financial services, pharma, retail, logistics, technology, and global manufacturing).
  • Sell to the right buyers. Engage Chief Security Officers, heads of GSOCs, VPs of Corporate Security, VPs of Business Continuity / Enterprise Risk, and supply-chain risk leaders.
  • Run the full cycle. Prospect, demo, scope, negotiate, and close - including subscription, modular add-on, and credit/token-based consumption deals.
  • Partner with channels. Develop reseller, MSSP, and consulting-partner relationships (Big 4 risk practices, Kroll, Control Risks, and similar).
  • Feed the platform. Bring competitive intelligence, packaging feedback, and roadmap input back to MOSAICS product, engineering, and pricing teams.
  • Represent MOSAICS. Lead executive briefings, analyst conversations (Gartner CEM, Forrester risk-intelligence), industry events (ASIS, RIMS, GSX), and reference customer storytelling.
  • Forecast with discipline. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and account plans in the CRM; deliver weekly commit calls to Nick Moon and Culmen leadership.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record selling enterprise SaaS into the Fortune 500 / large-enterprise corporate security, risk, or business-continuity buyer, with demonstrable, verifiable closed-won results at the $250K+ ACV level.
  • Active relationships with F500 CSOs, GSOC leaders, and enterprise risk executives.
  • Mastery of commercial enterprise SaaS sales cycles (typically 6-12 weeks for mid-market through complex multi-quarter F500 deals), procurement, security review, and MSA/DPA negotiation.
  • Executive presence and the ability to credibly brief C-suite and board-level audiences.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 30-50%.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Desired Qualifications
  • Prior senior commercial sales roles at Everbridge, Crisis24, Dataminr, or Palantir - or equivalent experience at peer platforms (AlertMedia, Resolver, OnSolve, Riskonnect, Factal, Samdesk, Recorded Future, Sigma7).
  • Experience launching a new commercial SaaS category or displacing an entrenched CEM/risk-intelligence incumbent.
  • Experience selling AI-enabled analytics, OSINT, or geospatial decision-support platforms into corporate buyers.
  • Experience with modular/credit-based SaaS commercial models (AI compute tokens, field data collection credits, or equivalent consumption pricing).
  • Player/coach instincts - willing to mentor as Culmen scales the MOSAICS commercial go-to-market.

About the Company

  • Life insurance and disability paid by the company
