Responsibilities:


As a Sales Associate at Kratom Kava Bar, you will:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
  • Serve drinks and help customers choose the right Kratom strain.
  • Educate customers with in-depth product knowledge.
  • Meet sales targets through strong customer engagement.
  • Show dependability in carrying out your duties

Requirements:


  • At least 18 years old.
  • Sales or retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.

  • Our team will carefully review your resume.
  • If you meet the initial qualifications, you’ll receive a link to schedule your first Zoom interview
  • The interview will be conducted by one of our assistants
  • The interview will be recorded for internal review.
  • If you pass the first round, you’ll be invited to schedule a second interview.
  • After the second interview, if you qualify, we will request 3 professional references.
  • Candidates selected for the role will move forward with onboarding.

Tentative training start date: Friday 20th (subject to confirmation).

Paid training will consist of 5 days in total:

  • 1 session via Zoom
  • 3 sessions in person
  • 4 hours per day
